Brénazet is an authentic farm in the Allier. Located on a small hill, it offers a beautiful panorama of the surrounding fields and forests. The farm is at the end of a country road; there is no traffic and it is calm. The farmhouse and the two barns are built around a courtyard. Three spacious cottages were built in the old farmhouse. On the edge of the orchard is the log cabin, situated under an old oak tree. The gypsy caravan is located at the end of the campsite behind the pool. These last two accommodations also have private bathrooms.

Cosy log cabin. Dining room with kitchenette. Two single beds and a third height bed for children. On the loft a double bed. Private bathroom outside: shower, sink, dry toilet. Covered terrace.

The gypsy caravan
Romantic caravan with a double bed and two single beds. Full kitchen, raised and spacious terrace with picnic table. The private bathroom with dry toilet, shower, and sink is in a separate building.

Vintage caravan
Small caravan from the seventies placed in the back of the campsite. Fully equipped for 4 people in a vintage style. 1 double bed, kitchen area. Extra tent with 2 beds for the chidren. Private bathroom and great view from the covered terrace.

Facilities
Vegetable garden
Gîte La Source is adjacent to one of Brénazet’s two vegetable gardens. A second vegetable garden is at the entrance to Brénazet. The potatoes are growing behind the farm. Visit our vegetable gardens to see what grows and flourishes!
Countryside
Around Brénazet are meadows with the cows of our neighbours. Just behind Brénazet is a pine forest where you can walk. From Brénazet there are many hikes to do, and detailed maps are available.
Natural swimming pool
The pool with natural water filter is 9m by 3m and is 1m40 deep. Children can discover little animals in the filter baths.
The pool is fenced and children without a swimming certificate must always be accompanied by their parents. A leaflet with bathing places in the surrounding area is available to you.
Playground for children
For the little ones: sandpit, paddling pool, trampoline, seesaw, swing, hammocks and hanging chairs. Bicycles and tricycles are available for children. Activities suitable for small children from 3 years: pony riding, canoeing, making fries with Ron, lawn bowling party with pancakes, and from 4 years old children’s yoga.
Older children: swimming pool, karting, skateboards, ping-pong, table football, hammocks and hanging chairs. Activities: canoeing, mountain biking, lawn bowling, grooming ponies. Walk ponies, help to make pancakes and make a campfire. Yoga for children, and there is also a teen course if there is sufficient interest.

We’ll try to make your stay a wonderful experience. You could go on a guided canoe-expedition with Ron, fun for the whole family. Children can ride on a pony. Every week, we organize an evening of lawn bowling with buffet and pancakes. Saturday is the pizza party; our pizzas are very popular. Join us for a relaxing Hatha Yoga class or Kids Yoga class. It is also possible to book a relaxing massage
Indulge yourself and choose from our packages: a fully organized week of adventures for families in spring. A 4-day Yoga retreat together with your partner or a friend to rejuvenate. Or a family yoga holiday in in summer. The choice is yours. These holidays are suitable for families with children from 4 years. Discover the cosy atmosphere of Brénazet and its peaceful environment.

Children have plenty of space on the fenced yard to move and play safely.
You will not lose sight of them as they enjoy their freedom. They quickly find friends and have fun in the sandbox, the trampoline, the swing and the seesaw. Bikes and tricycles and other games are available for children.

Older children find themselves easily and have fun in the pool, with the kart, table tennis and table football. Or they can relax in hammocks and hanging chairs. New this year: a large oval trampoline of about 2 meters by 3 meters.
Teens love activities such as canoeing, mountain biking and taking care of the ponies. They are happy to help groom the ponies, and help the little ones with riding. They can help us make pancakes and light a campfire. The lawn bowling competition on Monday is one of the week’s highlights for the bigger kids. There is also a yoga session for teens if there is enough interest.
